Refund & Reviewer Correction Support Policy
Plain-English Summary
CrewCompliance sells customized digital safety-documentation products generated from your questionnaire answers. Once a document is generated and delivered, it generally cannot be returned like a physical product. That said, we stand behind the part we control: the document wording, organization, formatting, and structure we generate for your purchased scope.
90-Day Reviewer Correction Support
If a reviewer sends back a note about covered wording, organization, formatting, or structure in a CrewCompliance-built document, email support@crewcompliance.org within 90 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- The reviewer note or rejection comment
- The affected document or section, if identified
- The reviewer/platform context, such as GC, insurer, ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, or another document reviewer
If the issue is covered, we will review the note and revise, regenerate, or otherwise correct the affected document at no extra charge.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee is a backstop for covered document issues we cannot reasonably correct. It applies only when all of the following are true:
- You purchased a CrewCompliance document or package within the last 30 days
- A reviewer flagged covered wording, organization, formatting, or structure in a document we built
- You sent us the reviewer note and gave us a reasonable opportunity to revise the affected document
- We determine that the covered issue cannot reasonably be corrected within the purchased document/package scope
For bundled purchases, any refund under this guarantee is limited to the affected document or package component unless CrewCompliance determines that the covered issue materially affects the entire bundle.
Other Refund Exceptions
We will also refund you for:
- Technical failure: if our system fails to generate your purchased document due to a technical error on our end and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your report
- Duplicate charge: if a payment processing error caused you to be charged twice for the same order
What Is Not Covered
The guarantee, refunds, and correction support do not cover:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after generation
- Requests for a different company, trade, state, worksite, hazard profile, or product scope
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided in the questionnaire
- Preference edits, cosmetic rewrites, unlimited revisions, or customer-specific wording not tied to a covered reviewer note
- Reviewer requests for documents, training records, inspections, upload categories, account setup, or services outside the purchased product
- OSHA inspections, citations, penalties, abatement decisions, job awards, insurance approval, legal outcomes, or workplace compliance results
- Regulatory, state-plan, reviewer, platform, or business changes after your document is generated
- Legal advice, safety consulting, citation defense, field inspection, competent-person review, or professional certification
How to Request Support or a Refund

- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the reviewer note, and a brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
