Refund & Reviewer Correction Support Policy

For 90 days after purchase, if a GC, insurer, platform, or reviewer flags covered wording or structure in a document we built, send us the reviewer note. We’ll help revise the covered document. If we can’t fix a covered document issue after a reasonable opportunity to revise, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

CrewCompliance sells customized digital safety-documentation products generated from your questionnaire answers. Once a document is generated and delivered, it generally cannot be returned like a physical product. That said, we stand behind the part we control: the document wording, organization, formatting, and structure we generate for your purchased scope.

90-Day Reviewer Correction Support

If a reviewer sends back a note about covered wording, organization, formatting, or structure in a CrewCompliance-built document, email support@crewcompliance.org within 90 days of purchase with:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The 30-day money-back guarantee is a backstop for covered document issues we cannot reasonably correct. It applies only when all of the following are true:

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
